Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled ceremony are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the ceremony may be eligible for rescheduling to a different date, subject to availability. In case of ceremony cancellation by Whirling Dervish Istanbul, a full refund will be issued automatically.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@whirlingdervishistanbul.com with your booking reference number. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method. For group bookings, please contact us directly for cancellation and refund arrangements. We also offer ticket transfers to another person at no additional charge.

Up to 7 days before: 100% refund
3-7 days before: 75% refund
24 hours before: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours: No refund
