Terms of Service

This contract is prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 1 - Parties

SELLER: KFT TURISM AND TRADE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, company located at CANKURTARAN MAH. ALEMDAR CAD. HÜNKAR HAN NO: 22 B FATIH/ ISTANBUL. BUYER: Natural or legal person who places an order through the website.

Article 2 - Subject

The subject of this contract is the regulation of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of Whirling Dervish Ceremony tickets requested by the BUYER from the SELLER's website electronically.

Article 3 - General Provisions

The BUYER declares that he has read the preliminary information forms about the Whirling Dervish Ceremony tickets on the site, filled them with correct information and accepts the information in the preliminary information form. The SELLER will protect the BUYER's information in accordance with the privacy policy.

Article 4 - Basic Characteristics of the Subject

Article 5 - General Price and Payment

The total sale price of the subject of the contract is shown in the price information on the website. This price includes VAT. Payment will be made through the payment methods specified on the website.

Article 6 - Delivery

Tickets will be sent electronically to the email address specified by the BUYER. Tickets will be sent within 24 hours at most after payment confirmation.

Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract by returning the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods or signing the contract, without assuming any legal and criminal responsibility and without showing any reason.

Article 8 - Dispute Resolution

In disputes arising from this contract, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized. The right to apply to consumer dispute arbitration boards is reserved.
